Distillers Sauce - Raspberry and Apple

Made in small batches by Chef Gary Stewart using the best local ingredients. Armagh Bramley apples are infused with ripe raspberries and a generous splash of local Bushmills Whiskey to create a sweet, fruity sauce. A slight hint of cinnamon and clove provides the backdrop flavour, making it a great match for desserts, scones, ice cream and cocktails. 200ml jar.

Ingredients: raspberry 39%, sugar, Armagh Bramley apples (19%), Bushmills Whiskey (14%), lemon juice, preservative: potassium sorbate, cinnamon, clove.
