Irish Shore Seaweeds are fourth-generation seaweed harvesters, sustainably hand-harvesting wild dulse from the Glens of Antrim coastline. Naturally nutritious and full of flavour, known as the bacon of the sea, dulse has been part of the Irish diet for centuries.
