A beautifully smooth, and smoky jam, made  using only the finest dry-cured Ulster pork. Try it on cheese on toast, in a bacon sarnie, on a burger, spread on crusty bread. The possibilities are endless, and everything's better with bacon. Gluten free, with no artificial colours. 200g.

Water, dry-cured Irish bacon (23%) (pork, salt, sugar, preservatives: E250, E251, E252, antioxidant: E301, natural beech and oak smoke), white sugar, onion, brown sugar, spirit vinegar, invert sugar, salt, mustard, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid), cayenne pepper.
