Blackfire Artisan Food is the result of 30 years of travel and tasting by Belfast native, street artist, grower and chilli fanatic Tim McCarthy, who founded Blackfire in 2014. This small Belfast company specialises in unique, fresh chilli sauces that are vegan-friendly and gluten free, made with only natural ingredients and no added sugar or salt, and free from artificial colours and preservatives. They grow two dozen varieties of peppers year-round, never use chilli extract, and support local suppliers wherever possible, including the Armagh Cider Company for apple cider vinegar.
