New producers, makers and artisans from Northern Ireland are always welcome to get in touch. To help assess a potential fit, it's useful to include the following when reaching out to basaltandoak@gmail.com:
- A brief introduction to the business and its story
- Details of the products on offer, including sizes and pack formats
- Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities
- Product photography, if available
- Full ingredients and allergen information for food and drink items
- Shelf life and storage requirements
- Any relevant certifications, such as food hygiene ratings, product liability insurance, or organic/vegan accreditation
- Packaging details, including whether products are suitable for gifting and hampers as they are
- Current stockists or previous retail experience, if any
