Blackfire is a small Belfast-based company specialising in unique, fresh chilli sauces that are vegan-friendly, allergen-free, gluten-free and low in calories. They use only natural ingredients, with no added sugar or salt and no artificial colours or preservatives. Blackfire grows a wide range of peppers year-round, from medium-hot to super-hot, along with many of the vegetables, fruits and herbs in their sauces. They never use chilli extract, instead carefully blending the flavour profiles of their homegrown peppers.
