A rich, dark preserve made with EU PGI-status Armagh Bramley apples, Armagh cider and warming spices. Spread it on toast, scones or bagels, pair it with cheese and cold meats, or use it for marinating, glazing and barbecues. It's even lovely with apple pie or over ice cream. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Available in 125g and 225g jars.

As seen on BBC's Dragons' Den (series 17, episode 1, August 2019), Irish Black Butter has become a real Northern Irish favourite.
