Chef Gary Stewart has been busy in the Tartine kitchen, and the latest sauce product is ready just in time for summer.
Distillers Raspberry and Apple Sauce is made in small batches using the best local ingredients. Armagh Bramley apples are infused with ripe raspberries and a generous splash of local Bushmills Whiskey to create a sweet, fruity sauce.
A slight hint of cinnamon and clove provides the backdrop flavour, making this sauce a good match for desserts, scones, ice cream and cocktails.
