Known as the bacon of the sea, it has a savoury, salty and slightly smoky taste. Eat it raw as a snack, dried, or cooked into soups and salads. Naturally nutritious, it contains iron, calcium, magnesium, protein, iodine and vitamins A, B6 and B12. 20g bag.
