Distillers Garys Jam - Raspberry and Vanilla

A beautifully balanced jam made with juicy raspberries and a touch of natural vanilla extract. Sweet, fruity and full of flavour, combining the bright tang of raspberries with the smooth warmth of vanilla for a delicious twist on a classic favourite.

Lovely spread on warm toast, croissants and scones, stirred through yoghurt, spooned over desserts, or paired with cakes and bakes.

Made in Northern Ireland by Chef Gary Stewart at Tartine, Distillers Arms, Bushmills. Available in 200g and 320g jars.

Ingredients: sugar, raspberries (34.8%), apples (12.2%), water (5.27%), vanilla extract (0.69%), citric acid.

Storage: refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks.
