A beautifully balanced jam made with juicy raspberries and a touch of natural vanilla extract. Sweet, fruity and full of flavour, this small batch preserve combines the bright tang of raspberries with the smooth warmth of vanilla for a delicious twist on a classic favourite. Lovely spread on warm toast, croissants and scones, stirred through yoghurt, spooned over desserts or paired with cakes and bakes. Made in Northern Ireland by Chef Gary Stewart at Tartine, Distillers Arms, Bushmills.
Ingredients: sugar, raspberries (34.8%), apples (12.2%), water (5.27%), vanilla extract (0.69%), citric acid.
Storage: refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks.
