Chocolate - Irish Collection Bars

Irish Collection chocolate bars from Neary Nogs, inspired by local traditions and timeless classics. Bean to bar chocolate, small batch crafted on the Mourne Coast.

Each bar is 60g and is vegan, dairy free and gluten free.

• Old Fashioned: 70% Ecuador chocolate with burnt sugar, orange bitters and Irish whiskey.
  Ingredients: Cocoa beans (70%), unrefined cane sugar, burnt sugar, dried orange, Irish whiskey, cacao nibs.
• Dúlamán: 70% Ecuador chocolate with locally harvested gorse flower and Carlingford Irish seaweed, with notes of chocolate cake, sweet and salty caramel, and a hint of coconut.
  Ingredients: Cocoa beans (70%), unrefined cane sugar, Irish seaweed, dried gorse flowers.
• Salt Water Days: 60% Ecuador Hacienda Limon chocolate with Irish sea salt, crushed cacao nibs and gold dust, with notes of caramel, butter, toffee and salt.
  Ingredients: Cocoa beans (60%), unrefined cane sugar, Irish sea salt, edible gold dust.

They also use packaging that is made from recycled sources and is either recyclable and/or compostable after use.
