Ispini Wee Nibbles - Snacking Chorizo

Ispini's cider-infused chorizo salami sticks are fast gaining a reputation as the perfect accompaniment to a pint of beer, or as a snack. Based on Ispini's chorizo recipe, with the addition of craft cider from County Armagh and quality smoked Pimentón de la Vera Spanish paprika. The slight acidity from fermentation, sweetness from the cider and light smoke flavour make this a memorable chorizo, and watch out for the chilli tickle. Comes in packs of 5 half-length sticks. Minimum weight 40g, minimum shelf life 90 days.
