Irish Cherry Infused Condiment of Modena - ingredients: Rectified concentrated grape must (contains sulphites), wine vinegar (contains sulphites), Irish cherry.

Blood Orange & Cardamom Infused White Condiment - ingredients: Rectified concentrated grape must (contains sulphites), vinegar (contains sulphites), blood orange, cardamom.

Citrus Infused White Condiment - ingredients: Rectified concentrated grape must (contains sulphites), wine vinegar (contains sulphites), grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime.

Balsamic Sugar - ingredients: Caster sugar, balsamic vinegar of Modena, dehydrated (cooked grape must, wine vinegar).
