Spicy, meaty and delightful chorizo-flavoured snacking salamis, made with beautiful free-range pork and single spices. Perfect for snacking with a cold beer.

136g of raw meat is used to produce 100g of finished product. Minimum weight 100g. Handmade in Limavady.

Ingredients: Free range pork, paprika, salt, garlic powder, fennel seeds, dextrose.

Allergen advice: preservative: sodium nitrite/nitrate, sodium ascorbate.

Storage: suitable for ambient storage. Once opened, store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 5 days.
