Crawford's Rock has sourced an Irish grower in Cork who ferments black garlic, then combines it with Maldon salt and sea truffle to make a wonderfully rich, complex seasoning. Also lovely used in bread baking. Great with steak, chicken and lamb. Comes in a 60g jar with a grinder lid.
