This unique blend of sugar and spices, created on the North Coast of Ireland, is inspired by the tastes and aromas of Stephanie's childhood in Brussels. Her secret recipe combines seven high-quality spices, gently toasted and ground, with unrefined cane sugar.

The rich, warming spices and sweet, almost caramel-like sugar make a versatile blend, ready to lift any dish with a touch of spiced sweetness. A few suggestions to get you started:

  • Sprinkle over popcorn, crêpes, porridge, French toast and hot chocolate.
  • Roll snickerdoodles and doughnuts in the blend.
  • Add to Chantilly cream, custard, meringues, crumble toppings and stewed fruit.
