Carrick Foods was founded by Chef and Lecturer John Crowe, who has cooked for presidents, kings and even James Bond, with a focus on creating unique foods using the finest North West ingredients. Their award-winning bread and scone mixes are made at FoodOvation in Derry, and their Stout City Loaf won two stars at the Great Taste Awards 2023.
