Pesto

A fresh, flavour-packed pesto from Tom and Ollie. Stir it through pasta, swirl into soups, spread on toasted sourdough or use as a marinade. Choose from two varieties:

Traditional Basil Pesto: a classic, fragrant basil pesto.
Ingredients: Basil (30%), rapeseed oil, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, medium hard fat cheese (4%) (pasteurised cow's milk), salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, starter culture (milk), garlic, sugar, lemon juice from concentrate, pine kernels, Parmigiano Reggiano (<1%) (unpasteurised cow's milk, salt, rennet), salt, black pepper.
Allergy advice: contains milk. May also contain traces of mustard, sesame seeds and sulphites. Gluten free.

Smoked Sundried Tomato Pesto (a mellow sauce of sun dried tomatoes and garlic): rich sundried tomatoes with a gentle smoky depth.
Ingredients: Soaked sundried tomatoes (62%) (sundried tomatoes, water, salt), olive oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, Parmesan cheese (milk), sugar, garlic, paprika, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt.
Allergy advice: contains milk. Packed in a factory that contains nuts.
