This tin holds a curated set of artisan cocktail ingredients which, mixed with Bushmills Whiskey, create sophisticated cocktails with the distinct smoky, fresh flavour of Ireland. It contains everything you need to make an Old Fashioned, a Smokey Buck, and a Whiskey Sour. The components are very versatile and suitable for a wide variety of drinks, alcoholic or not.

Irish Peat Smoked White Balsamic Vinegar (20ml) - ingredients: Rectified concentrated grape must (contains sulphites), wine vinegar (contains sulphites), traces of peat smoke.

Balsamic Sugar (15g) - ingredients: Caster sugar, balsamic vinegar of Modena, dehydrated (cooked grape must, wine vinegar).
