Free-range, handmade and air-dried rose veal salami from Broughgammon in Ballycastle. Seasoned with paprika, garlic, cumin and black pepper, it’s a lovely addition to a cheese board or sharing platter.
Ingredients: Rose veal, pork fat, paprika, garlic powder, salt, ground cumin, ground black pepper, sodium nitrate.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry location. Remove the casing before eating. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
