Old Fashioned: 70% Ecuador chocolate with burnt sugar, orange bitters and Irish whiskey.
Dúlamán: 70% Ecuador chocolate with locally harvested gorse flower and Carlingford Irish seaweed, with notes of chocolate cake, sweet and salty caramel, and a hint of coconut.
Salt Water Days: 60% Ecuador Hacienda Limon chocolate with Irish sea salt, crushed cacao nibs and gold dust, with notes of caramel, butter, toffee and salt.
