Irish Collection chocolate bars from Neary Nogs, inspired by local traditions and timeless classics. Bean to bar chocolate, small batch crafted on the Mourne Coast.
Each bar is 60g and is vegan, dairy free and gluten free.
- Old Fashioned: 70% Ecuador chocolate with burnt sugar, orange bitters and Irish whiskey.
- Dúlamán: 70% Ecuador chocolate with locally harvested gorse flower and Carlingford Irish seaweed, with notes of chocolate cake, sweet and salty caramel, and a hint of coconut.
- Salt Water Days: 60% Ecuador Hacienda Limon chocolate with Irish sea salt, crushed cacao nibs and gold dust, with notes of caramel, butter, toffee and salt.

NearyNógs is a small batch factory and Northern Ireland's first bean to bar, craft chocolate makers.
Nestled between the Mourne Mountains and the Irish sea along the scenic Mourne Coast, they use ethically sourced single origin, speciality Cacao Beans from farms in Central America, South America, the Caribbean islands & West Africa, every cacao is hand sorted, gently roasted, stone ground, aged and tempered into beautiful chocolate bars.
The NearyNógs team aim to "showcase the amazing origin flavours and tasting notes in every cacao bean origin - without additives, emulsifiers or artificial flavouring".
They also use packaging that is made from recycled sources and is either recyclable and/or compostable after use.
