Free-range, air-dried spicy snacking salami from Broughgammon, made in collaboration with Corndale Farm. Enjoy as a savoury snack or alongside favourite cheeses.

Ingredients: Rose veal, pork fat, paprika, garlic, salt, ground cumin, ground black pepper, sodium nitrate.

Minimum weight: 100g. Made using 135g of raw meat per 100g of finished product.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry location. Once opened, store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
